Free shipping on orders over $50. Under that, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Everything is made to order — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting, because until you upload a photo it does not exist. Your order is printed after you place it, then shipped. Exact production and delivery times vary by item and are shown at checkout.

Order more than one thing and it may arrive in more than one parcel, at no extra cost to you. Different products are made in different places.

Returns

Every item is made specifically for you from your own photo, so we cannot resell a return. That is why we show you the drawing before you buy — so nothing is a surprise.

That said: if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you approved, we will put it right. Email us with your order number and a photo and we will sort it out.
